BROADWAY EAST RESTAURANT, NY – Studio Castellano
The design and construction management for this project was developed by owner / architect Ron Castellano, assisted by Brandon Coburn
The project consisted of a complete gut renovation of an existing refrigeration storage business and then redesign and construction of Broadway East Restaurant.
Features include the front cafe space, with completely reconstructed facade details. The central dining room with exposed brick and custom designed banquet seating. The rear of the space is designed as a two story lounge space with living green wall and skylights above.
